No doubt, this entry will go without fanfare, quite unlike most commemorations should. Any good commemoration should be a party, complete with streamers, balloons, confetti, and those little party hats that invariably make any and all who wear it look like utter fools. But for the sake of partying - hey, why the heck not?
No, this humble journal entry will be reserved for the fanciest nonsense you may ever have read. (
My efforts have recently been taken with trying to convince my sister to join DeviantArt and post her work here, yet to no avail. Which is silly, of course, because she's very good. I'd be greatly appreciative if you could tell her that yourself.
I'm also currently in the process of designing and patterning my cosplay for the local anime convention, as well as that which I may be attending in Los Angeles next summer. It's only now that I realize the daunting task it is to put a piece together - deciding which character (check), which fabric (check), which patterns (not check), which accessories (not check), etc. It's all been fun though, which is really what cosplaying is all about.
I just got news that I should be seeing some of my cousins very soon, which is such marvelous news! Truly the highlight of my day.
In any case, I suppose it's about time I wrapped this journal entry up, huh?
Much love,
Cherry

Remember - before Picasso learned to paint, he first had to learn how to draw a straight line.
This is going to be one of the first times I've ever been serious with you mate - go take arts classes, go draw from real life at a museum, sit outside and draw peoples' faces. You've got the talent.
plus I don't have any fun electives..
I wanna visit you in Canada, sounds fun!
Hope everythings good there!

I wish you guys could come up to Canada, it's so amazing here! The people are so amazingly friendly and multicultural, and the city itself is architecturally breathtaking!
It's funny you should mention McGill being Canada's Harvard, I just bought a t-shirt that says "Harvard: America's McGill". Hahahaha!
Anywho, how's everything going in LA? Has school started yet?
YES!!! Can't wait for December!!
